Fun Original Stationery

A sheet of this looks so small here, but 8 1/2 x 11 is a great size for personalized stationery. The best part of doing my own thing is I get to create an original sheet when ever I feel like it. A quick scan allows me to save a drawing for repeats. My one regret? I didn't scan the envelope! I handful of mail went out today, and OMG! The mail that awaited me! Oh, my goodness! I gotta tell you! I promise to show and tell soon. I'm balancing hot water bottles tonight so I have to keep it short.

There's good in just about everything though. I watched most of "Gosford Park" while I was parked in bed this evening. I missed out on learning who-done-it though. Bathroom breaks come at inopportune times! Drink lots of barley tea and you have to wee when you wish you could wait. I like Maggie Smith. I'll watch just about anything she's in. And pinch me if I'm wrong, but wasn't "Upstairs, Downstairs" shot in the same manor? I've seen that kitchen any number of times in British movies. Or was it the latest series that had everyone a twitter? Downtown Abbey! That's it! No. Downton Abbey. I Googled it.

I have some of the best pen friends. Honest. No one has better. And I can prove it. Just you wait.

Have a grand Independence Day Eve.

Write on!

P.S. I made two postcards to match. *wink* They're still original too, since each one is different. Aha!

  1. I love your new stationery! Have you ever seen The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel? Maggie Smith is in it, along with a stellar cast, it is wonderful, you'll love it.

    1. Thank you! :) I wish I'd thought to scan some of the first pages. I think they're funny, but then I might be biased.

Yes. :) I read the book and enjoyed the movie. Maggie Smith reminds me of a little robin. LOL.

      Happy Independence Day Eve!
